Mark Lehman is a shareholder of Parsons Behle & Latimer and focuses his practice on the elements businesses need to be successful in today’s economy. His practice includes assisting clients with raising capital for their businesses through private and public offerings, complying with state and federal securities regulations and reporting obligations, and merger and acquisition transactions. Mr. Lehman also advises emerging and growth companies on a wide range of issues related to formation and business development, early stage financing, commercial transactions, and strategic relationships.

The business lawyer is often a valuable member of the “team” trying to establish and grow a successful business, and Mr. Lehman focuses on that role with his clients. He counsels clients on the legal aspects of business and finance strategies with a view to being proactive in structuring the legal entity, financing arrangements, and business relationships to take full advantage of opportunities for growth. Mr. Lehman has been involved with the Utah Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth for six years and is currently the chairman, which is a natural extension of his focus on business development and his view that, as a business lawyer, he should be a resource for his clients as well as a lawyer.
