Lee Kapaloski is a shareholder at Parsons Behle & Latimer. His primary practice has focused on water rights and water resources for over thirty years. As a part of that core practice, Mr. Kapaloski has been counsel on complex water project bonding, interstate water transactions, and purchase and sale of significant water assets.

In addition, Mr. Kapaloski represents numerous public water and wastewater districts and private water companies in all aspects of management and administration of water resources from diversion to reuse. Also, Mr. Kapaloski has had and continues to have experience representing skiing and mountain resorts in the Intermountain West.
