Chris Wangsgard is a shareholder at Parsons Behle & Latimer and concentrates his practice on employment litigation. He has represented both employers and employees in a broad range of employment lawsuits, including disability, sex, age, and race discrimination. He has also litigated wage and hour and overtime cases, as well as housing discrimination and retaliation cases. He has represented both employers and corporate officers in severance disputes and in negotiating executive employment agreements.
Mr. Wangsgard has served as chair of the Labor and Employment Section of the Utah State Bar.
