With the Families First Coronavirus Response Act set to go into effect on April 1, 2020, all affected employers are required to post notices in a prominent locations in the workplace advising employees of their rights under the Act.  An approved poster from the Department of Labor is available for free here.  https://www.dol.gov/sites/dolgov/files/WHD/posters/FFCRA_Poster_WH1422_Non-Federal.pdf

In addition, all affected employers must provide employees with certain paid leave for employees affected in specified ways by the COVID-19 pandemic. Finally, Parsons Behle & Latimer has prepared notices for employers to use when communicating to their employees after a “Shelter in Place” or closure order has gone into effect.
