Parsons Behle & Latimer Names New Shareholders

Parsons Behle & Latimer is pleased to announce the election of three new shareholders to its team of Salt Lake City attorneys.

Parsons Behle & Latimer’s newest shareholders and their respective areas of expertise are:

Adam E. Weinacker - Litigation, trials and appeals 
Tammy B. Georgelas - Commercial litigation and cybersecurity law 
Shane L. Hanna – Corporate, transactions, securities

The addition of its new shareholders rounds out a 10-month series of achievements for Parsons Behle & Latimer that include the launch of Parsons Behle Lab and its pilot product, GDPR IQ, an automated legal solution for General Data Privacy Regulation (GDPR) compliance; the opening of its new office in Lehi and the addition of Boise, Id. law firm Greener Burke Shoemaker.
