Parsons Behle & Latimer, one of the Intermountain West’s preeminent law firms, is pleased to announce the election of four of its attorneys to the status of shareholder. New Parsons shareholders, located in Parsons’ Salt Lake City and Boise, Ida. offices, were elected by existing firm shareholders.

Salt Lake City:

Jonathan H. Love – Love counsels clients in a broad range of intellectual property issues with emphasis on trademark and copyright prosecution and enforcement.

Jonathan R. Palmer – Palmer’s practice is centered on estate and tax planning as well as corporate transactions.

S. Lauren Reber – Reber focuses her practice in real estate, banking and finance transactions. She represents clients in all aspects of real property, land use, mineral rights and regulatory matters.

Boise:

Christopher G. Simboli – Simboli represents clients in intellectual property and technology transactions. He has negotiated with some of the best-known technology companies in the world.
