Parsons Behle & Latimer (Parsons) is pleased to announce the appointment of Idaho Falls attorney Lee Radford as department chair of Parsons’ Corporate and Tax practice group – one of the largest practice groups in the firm. Radford is a leading business attorney in the Idaho Falls area having served on the executive board and as chair of Grow Idaho Falls, Inc. (now the Regional Economic Development for Eastern Idaho) from 2004 through 2008.  He is the chair of the Idaho Falls Redevelopment Agency, a group he has served since 2003.

Radford says, “Parsons’ Corporate and Tax practice group is comprised of some of the most knowledgeable and skilled corporate attorneys in the Intermountain West. I look forward to the opportunity to help businesses prosper in our region by utilizing the skills of this excellent team.”

Radford began his legal career with the law firm of Kirkland & Ellis in Chicago, before returning to his hometown in Idaho Falls.  As an Idaho Falls native, Radford has long been an advocate for business growth in eastern Idaho, including through tax increment financing, urban renewal, and public-private partnerships, and through representing the Idaho businesses that create and maintain jobs.  Radford focuses much of his practice on the health care and agribusiness sectors, which provide important foundations for the eastern Idaho economy.
