Today closes out a week-long celebration of Professional Staff Appreciation at Parsons Behle & Latimer. For the past five days, all firm members have participated in luncheons, contests, drawings and professional staff were awarded daily gifts. Parsons’ People and Culture team members went above and beyond to make professional staff team members feel appreciated and included in alignment with Parsons’ “People” value.

Chief People Officer Nicole Farrell says, “It was so fun this week to see people truly enjoying each other’s company during the events and activities. People stay at Parsons for decades, and it is not unusual for our team members to return to Parsons even after spending time in other jobs. This is because they have long-standing relationships here, and we want to continue to foster an atmosphere where those relationships can thrive.”

Adhering to Parsons’ commitment of inclusion, Parsons’ professional staff who work remotely were mailed a box that included the same gifts as those received each day by employees who work in Parsons’ physical offices.

The firm thanks our People and Culture department for the wonderful work they have done over the past week to make this a memorable event for all our professional staff in all our offices as well as those who work remotely.
