The month of March is Women’s History Month and, as such, is a great time to recognize the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women. Women's History Month is also one of the most important months of the year to:

  • Celebrate women’s achievements
  • Educate and raise awareness about women’s equality
  • Call for positive change advancing women
  • Lobby for accelerated gender parity
  • Fundraise for female-focused charities

We are proud at Parsons to work with incredible women attorneys, paralegals and professional staff. Parsons’ women are leaders in the legal and business communities and are consistently recognized, including in Chambers USA, Super Lawyers, Utah Business Magazine, Legal Elite and by state Bars and their various sections. Many also serve on boards of directors at non-profit organizations and in many other roles in the community. Some of our alumnae have gone on to fill prestigious roles in the judiciary and at for profit and non-profit organizations.

Parsons is also pleased that it has numerous women serving on the firm’s board of directors, on the firm’s executive leadership team, as administrative managers and as department heads. It is notable that half of our office managing shareholders are women. We appreciate and respect the significant contributions the women of Parsons, past and present, have made to the firm. On behalf of everyone on Team Parsons, thank you.

Consistent with our core value recognizing that “People are our greatest strength,” we commit to continuing to hire, advance, invest in and promote women.
