Katherine Venti has more than 25 years of diverse litigation experience in state and federal courts where she concentrates on representing clients facing products liability, personal injury and business-related legal disputes and bringing such disputes to successful resolution.

Practice Experience

In the area of products liability, Ms. Venti has represented large and small equipment manufacturers, pharmaceutical manufacturers, product distributors and suppliers in a multitude of serious injury, major property damage and business interruption cases. She also has extensive experience in representing a number of companies in asbestos injury cases, toxic tort cases, and maritime accidents. She is a highly-skilled litigator and advocate who expertly balances her clients’ business and professional priorities with the stressors and requirements of litigation.
