Jordan Stott is a registered patent attorney at Parsons Behle & Latimer with an emphasis on patent prosecution and trademark prosecution. He has worked with a wide array of technologies such as firearms, aerospace, medical devices, mechanical systems, and more. Mr. Stott has also assisted in patent prosecution in foreign jurisdictions such as Europe, Japan, China, Israel, and Canada. In addition to patent and trademark prosecution, Mr. Stott provides litigation support for intellectual property matters.

Mr. Stott has a B.S. degree in mechanical engineering with a minor in mathematics. He earned a Juris Doctorate from the University of Idaho College of Law and served as an input editor for the Idaho Law Review. He previously interned at the United States Patent and Trademark Office where he examined patent applications and participated in proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
