Christina W. Hardesty is a member of the Real Estate and Banking and Finance and Corporate Transactions and Securities practice groups at Parsons Behle & Latimer.

Christina represents both buyers and sellers in commercial transactions. She practices in all aspects of real estate and corporate law including sales, acquisitions, mergers, development, construction, leasing, commercial contracts and entitlements. Christina also has significant experience in commercial lending, representing both lenders and borrowers in complex financing matters. She represents clients ranging from small business to large agricultural and industrial companies. Christina also regularly drafts and negotiates commercial intellectual property agreements, including software license agreements, services agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.

Because of her broad experience, Christina is well equipped to assist clients through all aspects and stages of a transaction. When necessary, she also represents clients in real estate and corporate litigation matters.

Christina received her JD from University of California, Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco, Calif., graduating with honors. During law school, she served as a senior submissions editor of the Hastings Business Law Journal and was a judicial intern for Chief Judge B. Lynn Winmill, U.S. District Court, District of Idaho.

Prior to law school, Christina graduated from University of Oregon with a bachelor’s degree in political science. While completing her undergraduate degree, Christina interned in the Oregon State Senate and studied abroad at Cambridge University in Cambridge, England, where she studied international politics and history.
