S. Lauren Reber
Lauren Reber is a member of the Real Estate, Banking & Finance and Mining & Natural Resources practice groups at Parsons Behle & Latimer. Her practice focuses primarily on transactional work associated with buying, selling and developing property. In connection with these transactions, her practice involves associated land, water, mineral, and regulatory diligence.
Ms. Reber has been involved with the development of multiple utility scale solar and wind energy projects. She has assisted in the representation of the developer/operator in some transactions, and the tax equity investor in other transactions, of multiple solar energy facilities and one wind energy facility in Utah, which representation included the negotiation and documentation of acquisitions, land leases and easements, project finance transactions as well as permitting, land use, and entitlements.
Ms. Reber attended Brigham Young University, J. Reuben Clark Law School where she graduated with honors.
Prior to attending law school, Ms. Reber worked as an analyst and trader at SBI-USA, an investment company. She was also an intern with Koins for Kenya, a charitable organization that assists developing communities in becoming self-sustaining.
