Nicholas U. Frandsen is a member of Parsons Behle & Latimer's Litigation practice group and concentrates his practice on banking and finance, employment and labor, and commercial litigation.

Before joining Parsons Behle & Latimer, Mr. Frandsen attended Brigham Young University where he graduated with a B.S. degree in business management emphasizing in finance in 2004. He received a J.D. degree from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University in 2009. While in law school, Mr. Frandsen was an editor for the BYU Law Review and the BYU Education and Law Journal. He was also a member of the moot court team. Mr. Frandsen was admitted to the Utah State Bar in 2009.
