Jason S. Nichols is a shareholder at Parsons Behle & Latimer and concentrates his practice on real estate transactions, commercial lending and commercial contracts.

Mr. Nichols represents numerous clients (both large and small) in buying, selling, financing, entitling, developing, and leasing all types of real property in Utah and throughout the Intermountain West.

He represents financial institutions, other lenders and borrowers in large and small lending transactions, negotiations and workouts.

Mr. Nichols also represents domestic and international mining clients on commercial contracting matters including the purchase and sale of goods, materials and finished products, service agreements, and engineering, procurement, construction and construction management agreements. He has spent significant time with in-house counsel of two different global mining clients advising and assisting on contracting and other matters.

Mr. Nichols has served on his local city planning commission and, prior to joining the firm, he worked eight years in commercial real estate development.
