Andrew V. Wake is a member of the Litigation practice team at Parsons Behle & Latimer. He concentrates his practice on healthcare law as well as appeals, and employment and labor. For four years, prior to returning to Parsons, Mr. Wake practiced as a deputy attorney general in the Idaho Attorney General’s office, representing the state in criminal and post-conviction appeals before the Idaho Supreme Court and Idaho Court of Appeals.
In 2014, Mr. Wake was admitted to the Idaho State Bar. He worked for a year as judicial clerk to the Honorable Jim Jones of the Idaho Supreme Court. For the next three years, he was a litigation associate at Parsons Behle & Latimer where his practice focused on healthcare law and employment litigation.
A Boise native, Mr. Wake earned his bachelor’s degree in philosophy at Boise State University, graduating magna cum laude and went on to earn master’s and doctorate degrees in philosophy from the University of Rochester. In 2014, he received his J.D. with highest honors from the University of Utah, S.J. Quinney College of Law. While attending law school, he served as a legal intern with the University of Utah, Office of General Counsel; as a summer associate with Parsons Behle & Latimer; and as a judicial intern for the Honorable David Nuffer, U.S. District Court, District of Utah.
